Monserrate Santiago

Monserrate earned her B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University in 1994. While working at TIAA-CREF, she earned an M.A. in Elementary Education from Adelphi University.

Monse then taught grades K-3 at a Brooklyn public school before relocating to Franklin, TN in 2007. In Franklin, she held a position at a Montessori-based preschool. Monse has earned a Tennessee teaching license.

Monse has the privilege of giving back to her community by serving on the Board for Bridges Domestic Violence Center since 2012 and subbing in the Franklin Special School District about once per week. She enjoys traveling, reading, exercising and teaching Barbell Strength and Zumba. She lives in Franklin, TN with her husband and three daughters.


Teresa Scott

Teresa Scott moved to Franklin with her family in October 2013. She loves being part of her community. Teresa is passionate about the need for our service to help parents who do not have family support. Teresa is a mother to three girls aged 11, 9 and 7.


Teresa has over twenty years experience working with children and their families. From MAC programs, Head Start programs (with children with severe disabilities), elementary schools, child protection and non government charity organizations. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with a minor in Family and Children’s Studies. In addition, Teresa has a certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment. Teresa has a genuine love of children and passionate about their welfare.
